Guidelines for Home Delivery

​You must complete the COVID Request for Food / Supplies form every time you want a home food delivery.  There is 1 delivery per request.  Deliveries are limited to current supply.

 

 

 

 

Completion of the form does not guarantee a delivery.

 

Those with a disability, who have transportation issues, and seniors are eligible for  deliveries.  

 

Deliveries are being made by Caring for Friends, Councilman Henon's office, and Feast of Justice.  After submitting your request, you will receive a follow-up call from one of these organizations.

You will receive a call the day before your delivery. 

 

Senior boxes are delivered to those who are already receiving them from Feast of Justice.  You can request a senior box online by specifying "Feast of Justice senior box" in the Specific Delivery Instructions box of the form or by calling Feast of Justice.
